Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Visual Communications Specialist to join our team.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Craft compelling visual narratives for projects across social campaigns, workshops, digital products, and community experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design briefs that meet project goals.
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather content inputs and ensure creative direction.
- Conceptualize and execute designs from ideation to final production.
- Maintain high-quality execution and consistency in visual identity.
- Be open to iterative feedback and collaborative improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or other design tools.
- Excellent sense of aesthetics, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Comfortable with co-creation, receiving feedback, and making improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Motion design / video editing skills.
- Illustration or animation capabilities.
- Experience with branding and visual identity development.
