System Infrastructure Engineer">

We are seeking an experienced System Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support of client networks, servers, and overall infrastructure.

You will maintain our clients' IT infrastructure remotely and at customer site(s) when needed. This includes troubleshooting and resolving network and system issues, both remote and on-premise.

Additionally, you will help architect and implement a wide range of IT projects, such as high availability, virtualization, and cloud services.

As the escalation path for issues that desktop engineers or helpdesk staff cannot resolve, you will work closely with Managers, Service Coordinators, and other Engineers to meet customer service-level commitments and provide world-class customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience administering, configuring, optimizing, and maintaining Windows-based networks and servers
  • Strong experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 administration, and Windows security
  • Hands-on experience with firewalls and switches (Cisco, SonicWALL, Dell, Fortinet)
  • Hands-on experience with heavily virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Familiarity with on-premise and cloud-based backup solutions and cloud-based email systems (O365, GSuite)
  • Experience with MDM solutions (Intune, Jamf, etc.)
