SAP FICO Specialist Role

About the Position:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP FICO implementation and support, with a minimum of 7+ years of experience. Key responsibilities include configuring and supporting SAP FICO modules, designing and implementing solutions for SAP RAR, and working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, etc.)
  • Design and implement solutions for SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting)
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
  • Handle system configuration, testing, and issue resolution
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes
  • Conduct user training and documentation as needed
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a global environment
  • Participate in SAP upgrades, enhancements, and projects

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP RAR
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes (P2P, O2C, Record to Report)
  • Experience with integration between FICO and other SAP modules (SD, MM, etc.)
  • Good understanding of IFRS 15 / ASC 606 revenue recognition principles
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
