Job Title:

Cashless / Provider Network (Health Claim)

Job Description

Leading a Cashless / Provider Network Team to achieve exceptional results in health claim management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring TATs and KPIs, detecting frauds, and preventing claim leakages.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management, with experience in claims management and people management. You will also be required to hand hold and groom team members, monitor their performance, and resolve queries within committed TATs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring TATs and KPIs of the Cashless Team.
  • Detection of frauds and prevention of claim leakages.
  • Hand holding and grooming of team members.
  • Monitoring and controlling team member's performance.
  • Resolution of queries, requests, and complaints within committed TATs.
  • Need based skills enhancement and technical training for employees.
  • Co-ordination with Branch and other external customers.
  • Completion of Project / Task work as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

• Graduate in any discipline or MBA

Experience:

• Experience of minimum 5 to 10 years in any TPA / Insurance Company in a similar function
