Audit Executive Job Description

As an Audit Executive, you will be responsible for conducting internal audit assignments and risk assessment assignments with thoroughness and adherence to established methodologies. Your tasks will include executing audit assignments, following up on previous audits to monitor the effectiveness of management's interventions and corrective actions, reviewing and documenting audit processes, and preparing comprehensive reports that accurately reflect audit results.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct internal audit assignments and risk assessment assignments ensuring thoroughness and adherence to established methodologies.
  • Follow up on previous audits to monitor the effectiveness of management's interventions and corrective actions.
  • Review and document audit processes and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports that accurately reflect audit results.
Required Skills:
  • Ability to conduct internal audit assignments and risk assessment assignments.
  • Experience in conducting follow-up audits to monitor management's interventions.
  • Proficiency in reviewing audit documentation and reports.
  • Capability to provide support and guidance to team members.
  • Skills in preparing and presenting reports that reflect audit results.
  • Experience in managing quality control functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, supervise, and complete engagements.
  • Competence in planning timing and assigning staff to engagements.
  • Aptitude for reviewing engagement workpapers, identifying issues, and keeping stakeholders informed.
