Job Description

  • Direct foundational and strategic privacy compliance responsibilities with consistent excellence.
  • Lead complex ethics and privacy investigations and document findings.
  • Develop strategic plans, make recommendations to leadership, and foster relationships with key leaders to identify and address compliance risks and failures.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role that requires working at least once per week at one of our Elevance Health locations. As an Ethics & Compliance Director, you will be responsible for directing foundational and strategic privacy compliance responsibilities with consistent excellence that support the team and management, as well as ensuring a strong ethical culture in global locations consistent with the enterprise Ethics program and the Elevance Health Code of conduct.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BA/BS and minimum of 8 years health care, regulatory, ethics, compliance or privacy experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to explain complex and/or confidential information through written reports and presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively in a global ethics program and highly matrixed environment.
