Job Title: Enterprise IT Operations Leader

Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned expert in IT operations management to lead our team. With 10+ years of experience in managing enterprise IT infrastructure, service availability, and operational excellence, you will oversee IT operations, monitor systems performance, ensure compliance with governance frameworks, and drive efficiency through automation and best practices.

The role involves

  • Oversight of IT infrastructure operations, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.
  • Management of incident, problem, change, and event management processes in alignment with ITIL frameworks.
  • Utilization of ITOM platforms (ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, and Orchestration) to monitor and optimize performance.
  • Ensurance of system availability, capacity planning, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity.
  • Development and implementation of operational dashboards, KPIs, and compliance reports.
  • Automation of recurring operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Collaboration with security, applications, and business teams to ensure resilient IT services.
  • Conduct of root cause analysis for critical incidents and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Mentorship and training of junior staff on ITOM practices, tools, and governance.
  • Promotion of continual improvement initiatives within IT operations to align with organizational strategy.
