Subject Matter Expert

About the Role:
This is a leadership role responsible for managing content teams, overseeing large volumes of academic materials, and working closely with experts to develop high-quality educational resources.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and ensure the quality of academic content.
- Design and structure content frameworks; set standards for content creation and review in respective domains.
- Track inventory and maintain optimum levels of content availability in assigned subjects.
- Select, train, and develop content specialists in different domains.
- Coordinate with content specialists for all content development activities.
- Create content plans in areas of expertise and coordinate with specialists to finalize plans in other domains.
- Support senior leaders in delivering projects and other requirements as per organizational needs.
- Analyze content after completion and report to higher management.
Requirements:
- Academic proficiency in school subjects up to 12th level as per NCERT syllabus.
- A thorough understanding of the education system of the country and NCERT/CBSE/Boards.
- Experience working in the education sector related to assessment & evaluation - content development.
- Excellent command over English (written and spoken) and Hindi (spoken).
- Proficiency in at least one of the following skills: engineering, mathematics, physics, chemistry, or biology.
