About Us

This is a senior role within our organization responsible for managing large volumes of subject matter expert panels and working closely with other administrators to meet project requirements.

Years of Experience :: 8 to 10

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing high-quality question banks for assessments.
  • Creating engaging content in multiple languages, including English, Hindi, and other languages.
  • Managing question banks:
  • Structuring and designing question banks; setting quality standards for writing and reviewing items in respective domains.
  • Tracking inventory and maintaining optimal levels of item availability in assigned non-STEM domains/subjects.
  • SME Management:
  • Defining selection criteria and strategy.
  • Maintaining the performance quality of SMEs.
  • Training and developing SME pools in various domains/subjects.
  • Closely coordinating with SMEs for all test development activities.
  • Designing tests in subjects of expertise and coordinating with SMEs to finalize test designs in other domains/subjects.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to fulfill requirements for test items and question sets.
  • Supporting Lead Subject Admin in delivering projects and other requirements as per organizational needs.
  • Analyzing post-exam questions, reporting to higher management.
Qualifications
  • Subject competency in school subjects up to 12th level as per NCERT syllabus.
  • Broader understanding of the country's education system and NCERT/CBSE/Boards.
  • Experience in the education sector related to assessment and evaluation - test designs/blueprints, question development.
  • Good command over both written and spoken English.
  • Good command over spoken Hindi.
