We're seeking a compassionate Mental Health Professional to join our team in Bangalore and contribute to our growth journey.

As India's first holistic and intersectional mobile app, we empower individuals to recognize, prevent, and overcome challenges like abuse, mental health struggles, and relationship issues.

The ideal candidate will assist users experiencing distress, conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals' needs, and educate clients about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to support their well-being.

Responsibilities:

  1. To provide immediate support and intervention for individuals experiencing distress, including assessing for safety, facilitating de-escalation, and coordinating appropriate referrals for further care if necessary.
  2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients. This includes but is not limited to creating content that promotes awareness and understanding of mental health issues.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client assessments, progress notes, and interventions in compliance with confidentiality and privacy regulations.
  4. Promote awareness and advocate for the importance of holistic wellness, engaging in outreach efforts to raise awareness about Abuse, Trauma, Mental health to reduce stigma.

Requirements:

  1. A Master's Degree in Psychology or Counselling
  2. Demonstrated ability to empathize with individuals who have experienced abuse or injustice, and to provide compassionate support and understanding.
  3. Deep understanding of the importance of mental health and well-being, and a commitment to promoting mental health awareness and support.
  4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
