We are currently seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant to lead our finance team. This highly skilled individual will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage financial accounting for the B2C segment
  2. Ensure accurate monthly closing and reporting to senior management
  3. Plan, execute, and close Quarterly Statuary Audits in a timely manner
  4. Prepare Balance Sheet disclosures on a periodical basis and ensure correct reporting
  5. Apply strong knowledge of accounting standards and guidelines
  6. Coordinate with finance teams for timely closing and reporting
  7. Ensure correct segmental reporting and elimination of group transactions
  8. Review monthly closing checklist and ensure proper review of all Balance Sheet items
  9. Lead a team of professionals, motivate, and coach them by clarifying roles and providing feedback
  10. End-to-end responsibility for closure of Financial Statements of Parent company and Indian subsidiaries

The successful candidate will have 7 years of post-qualification experience in financial accounting, reporting, and compliance, including experience in managing teams and ensuring adherence to accounting policies and guidelines.
