Job Title: Value Chain Promotion Strategist

This role emphasizes building partnerships with private actors and supporting sustainable, community-led enterprises.

The Value Chain Promotion Strategist will design strategies and solutions for priority value chains, focusing on business model development, market linkages, and access to finance.

The ideal candidate will have 8 years of professional experience in natural resources management, agroforestry, and nature-based businesses, with a focus on agro/agroforestry/ayurvedic products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate, implement, and modify strategies and solutions for value chain promotion.
  • Conduct and lead technical workshops with stakeholders, including market engagement sessions.
  • Identify key market players and facilitate linkages, business development pitches, and financing initiatives.
  • Develop capacity-building modules for target beneficiaries collaborating with consortium partners.
  • Draft, review, and submit all relevant reports to Team Leader.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's in Environmental Science, Forestry, Finance, or Business.
  • English & Hindi language proficiency.
