Content Writer Role

We are seeking a skilled Content Writer to join our team. As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality content and rubric definitions to evaluate large language models (LLMs). Your expertise in the English language and cultural norms will ensure that our LLMs are culturally relevant and linguistically accurate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging content and rubric definitions to test LLMs.
  • Update rubric definitions with region/language-specific examples to ensure cultural and linguistic relevance.
  • Identify areas where additional rubrics are needed to tailor to specific languages or regional contexts.
  • Review and revise translated prompts to ensure accuracy and naturalness.
  • Write thoughtful prompts that assess cultural awareness of LLM models.
  • Rate prompt-response pairs using standardized evaluation templates and provide detailed justifications.
  • Document problematic outputs and annotate them with clear explanations of rubric violations or cultural insensitivities.
Requirements:
  • Native proficiency in English and deep familiarity with cultural norms in the corresponding region.
  • Experience in LLM evaluation, content moderation, or linguistic QA is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle issues in language use, tone, and cultural references.
  • Comfortable working in spreadsheets and evaluation templates.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or PhD resources in relevant stream are required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Prior experience with content/creative writing or prompt engineering or LLM testing.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT or similar LLM platforms.
  • Ability to clearly articulate reasoning behind rubric ratings or prompt edits.
