Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Network Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and designing internal communications networks.

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in testing and certifying new hardware, configurations, and services before they are deployed to our network. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement corporate communications network and information technology standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues efficiently.
  • Document and determine internal telecommunications systems.
  • Design and configure telecommunications systems to meet business needs.
  • Establish and maintain network performance objectives.
  • Exercising independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular attendance is expected, including working nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary.
Core Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. We encourage applicants who have experience in similar roles or have relevant training.

Additionally, we require a bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science or engineering. Relevant certifications may also be beneficial.
