Job Opportunity: Team Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our operations team, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supporting Guest Services and Front Desk Operations with a high level of professionalism
  2. Maintaining excellent communication skills to ensure seamless interactions with guests and colleagues
  3. Effectively resolving problems and handling complaints in a timely and courteous manner
  4. Providing personalized customer service at all times, exceeding guest expectations
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • 1 year experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in hospitality or a related field OR 2-year degree from an accredited institution in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major
