Project Executive

A highly skilled and experienced professional is required to oversee the complete lifecycle of residential projects, from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Development & Execution
  • Develop project execution strategies, timelines, and budgets to meet client expectations.
  • Monitor progress to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
  • Team & Stakeholder Management
  • Lead and mentor site/project engineering teams to achieve project goals.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Contract & Cost Management
  • Evaluate and finalize contractors/vendors with procurement teams to optimize project costs.
  • Monitor BOQs, cost estimates, and control project costs to ensure profitability.
  • Quality & Safety Compliance
  • Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, building codes, and statutory requirements.
  • Implement and monitor safety practices at site to prevent accidents.
  • Regulatory & Liaison
  • Oversee statutory approvals and compliance with local authorities to minimize project risks.
  • Liaise with government agencies for project clearances and permissions.
  • Reporting & MIS
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Track risks, delays, and proactively implement corrective measures to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
  • 15–20 years of experience in real estate construction, with at least 5–7 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of handling large-scale residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices, MEP coordination, contracts, and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, approvals, and regulatory processes.
