Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management and Reporting:

    • Develop, analyze, and present comprehensive financial reports to stakeholders.

    • Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MCA Compliance requirements.

  • Cash Flow and Treasury Management:

    • Optimize working capital and oversee debt servicing and treasury functions.
    • Manage Bank Payments and Receipts effectively.
    • Ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.

  • Process Improvement and Automation:

    • Drive improvements in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
    • Implement ERP systems and reporting tools like Power BI.
    • Monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with policies.

  • Taxation Management:

    • Oversee the preparation and filing of direct and indirect tax returns.
    • Manage tax audits and assessments, ensuring minimal financial exposure.
    • Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and their impact on the organization.

  • Team Leadership and Development:

    • Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
    • Delegate responsibilities effectively and foster a collaborative work environment.
    • Conduct regular training to improve team capabilities and alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements:
