Job Title : Backend Expert


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Backend Developer with experience in designing and developing scalable backend systems using Node.js, Django, or Spring Boot.


Key Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, Django, or Spring Boot.
  • Create and integrate RESTful APIs to connect backend services with frontend applications and third-party systems.
  • Manage database schema design, optimization, and integration using SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
  • Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code with proper documentation and version control (Git).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, QA, DevOps) to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure application security, performance, and scalability under varying loads.
  • Debug, test, and fix issues across production and development environments.
  • Follow agile methodologies and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Contribute to code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Stay updated with emerging backend technologies, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills :

  • Proficiency in at least one backend framework/language : Node.js with Express.js, Python with Django/Flask, Java with Spring Boot.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and web protocols.
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
  • Basic understanding of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms is a plus.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have :

  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of unit testing and test-driven development.
  • Exposure to message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) or event-driven architecture.
  • Familiarity with GraphQL, gRPC, or WebSockets.
