
Relationship Development Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to acquire new customers for our Loan Against Property (LAP) products and foster long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and source potential LAP customers through various channels, including referrals, online platforms, and community outreach programs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assess customer needs and provide personalized solutions, explaining the benefits, features, and requirements of LAP products.
- Achieve sales targets by coordinating with credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursal.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and documentation standards.
- Regularly follow up with customers to address queries, renewals, or additional funding needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of LAP products and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage fieldwork and independently close deals.
- Familiarity with credit underwriting processes and legal documentation.
Education & Experience:
- Any undergraduate degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in LAP or secured lending preferred.
