We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative professional to join our team as an Entrepreneur in Residence.

  • Ideate and develop product features that transform how children learn, driving engagement and retention.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify gaps and opportunities, informing strategic decisions.
  • Design and execute a go-to-market plan for product launch, leveraging digital channels and partnerships.
  • Define and evolve the brand identity, messaging, and voice, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and implement distribution strategies across digital and physical retail, maximizing reach and revenue.
  • Establish key partnerships with ecosystem players to drive growth and expansion.
  • Participate in hiring and team building efforts, identifying and attracting top talent.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Domain expertise: 5+ years of experience in consumer tech, with a deep understanding of product development and GTM strategies.
  • Product passion: Strong opinions on what makes user experiences delightful or frustrating, with a knack for ideating features and improving overall product quality.
  • Growth mindset: Proven ability to drive high-velocity growth, comfortable being wrong, and quick to learn from experiments.
  • Resourcefulness: Initiative-driven and thrives in startup environments, picking up skills to get the job done.
  • Storytelling: Ability to articulate complex ideas in a simple and clear manner, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
