Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Project Manager to lead the execution of end-to-end SAP projects, encompassing planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery.

This role entails defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.

Critical responsibilities include coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution, monitoring and reporting on project progress, risks, and issues, and ensuring SAP solutions are optimized for business processes and meet quality standards.

Post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations are also key aspects of this position.

Additionally, the successful candidate will oversee SAP incident resolution processes, coordinate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues, maintain incident logs and generate reports for analysis and improvement, and implement preventive measures to reduce recurring incidents.

As a Scrum Master, they will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles, remove impediments, track sprint progress, velocity, and backlog health, collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the backlog, and promote transparency and communication across teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, 5+ years of experience in SAP project management and incident handling, 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, and strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI, SD, MM, HCM).

Preferred certifications include Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, PMP, or PRINCE2. Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and SAP Solution Manager is also required.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent leadership and team management abilities, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication and stakeholder management, ability to work under pressure, and manage multiple priorities.

Finally, they should have a deep understanding of Agile frameworks and SAP lifecycle methodologies.
