SAP BTP Team Lead Position

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our SAP BTP application and integration team.

  • This role requires expertise in leading high-performing teams, designing, building, and running SAP BTP applications and integrations.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry, and SAP Integration Suite.
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python) and development tools.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model, SAPUI5, and SAP Fiori.
  • Experience with SAP HANA and database modeling.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • SAP certification in relevant areas is a plus.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading and mentoring the development team and managing delivery.
  • Planning work, allocating resources, and tracking milestones.
  • Building and customizing SAP BTP apps and integrations across SAP and non-SAP.
  • Designing integration patterns and ensuring secure, compliant solutions.
  • Troubleshooting escalations and driving performance tuning.
  • Maintaining clear documentation and enabling training and knowledge sharing.
