Operational Management

  • Conduct endurance, stress, load, volume testing to validate production readiness and ensure high-quality software releases.
  • Provide performance testing software systems support and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Coordinate and execute creation of test cases, scripts, and performance test execution to meet project deadlines.
  • Design, develop, and execute scripts to validate test cases and ensure thorough coverage.
  • Perform load testing across multiple messaging protocols and identify areas for improvement.

People Leadership

  • Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in performance testing.

Governance & Risk

">
  • Track and communicate task progress, status, and key performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Promptly report defects found in testing and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.

Experience & Personal Attributes

">
  • 7+ years of experience in performance testing with a strong understanding of industry-standard tools and methodologies.
  • 5+ years of experience with OpenText LoadRunner and other performance testing tools.
  • Significant experience with Jmeter and APM tools, with a strong understanding of performance testing principles and techniques.
  • Proven experience with SOAP Web Services and RESTful Web Services testing, with a strong understanding of API design and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of performance testing principles, techniques, and standards, with a focus on ensuring high-quality software releases.
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and software quality assurance processes, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Ability to solve technical problems and implement innovative solutions to improve test efficiency and effectiveness.
