Role OverviewThe Delivering Complex Solutions Lead is responsible for crafting innovative solutions for clients across various Workday modules, encompassing Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Plan and prioritize work to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Implementation Leadership: Lead small implementation projects, manage workload, and assist team members in all phases of the delivery lifecycle.
- Configuration Development: Develop complex configurations for clients and leads, manage data transformation, and perform EIB Data loads.
- Support and Assistance: Provide go-live assistance and ongoing support.
- Data Conversion Expertise: Lead data conversion activities pertaining to Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll.
- Technical and Functional Skills: Excellent technical and functional skills across functional areas required for developing and delivering complex solutions.
- Knowledge and Understanding: Thorough knowledge of Absence/Time Tracking/Benefits/HCM/Compensation/Recruiting/Talent and Performance/Payroll configuration build and migrations, data conversion, and reporting concepts.

- Project Management: Ability to multi-task, prioritize time effectively, and work in a global and remote team.
- Critical Skills: Strong project management, communication, and customer service skills.
- Minimum Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday and overall 12 years' experience is minimum.
