Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Consultation Scheduler to join our fast-growing team. As a remote professional, you will be responsible for speaking with pre-qualified leads and booking consultations for licensed agents across the U.S.

Key responsibilities include making outbound calls to warm leads using our dialer and CRM, following a scripted format to educate leads and schedule appointments, and inputting detailed notes and statuses into the CRM after each call.

  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly booking goals
  • Participate in coaching sessions and team meetings

As a successful candidate, you will have strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, as well as the ability to handle objections comfortably.

You will also need to be reliable and have access to a computer, smartphone, and stable internet connection.
