Job Description

Develop large-scale content IPs with significant consumer traction that can be executed across multiple formats and platforms for an extended period.

Break down ideas into detailed actionable activities, ensuring organic exposure for our brands while amplifying them where possible without compromising the consumer experience.

Collaborate with revenue teams to sell these initiatives as creative experts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong creative ideation capabilities on factual and entertainment content, across audio-visual formats and platforms.
  • Ability to identify, curate, and judge ideas and effective content/creative work.
  • Understanding of traditional and new-age media formats and platforms is highly beneficial.
  • Basic brand management principles understanding will be helpful.
  • Hands-on experience with digital content and social media platforms is a significant strength.
  • At least 4 years of overall experience, preferably in TV channels (non-fiction), advertising, digital agencies, content studios, or brand solutions teams.
