Senior Design Leader

The Manager/Senior Manager role is a key position within our design team.
About the RoleThis position involves overseeing and coordinating various aspects of the project, ensuring all team members work together effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and services consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
- Value Engineering: Optimize design details from cost and safety parameters.
- Drawing Proficiency: Handle AutoCAD drawings, including reading, writing, modifications, and changes.
- Team Interaction: Close interaction with internal teams, such as PM, Contracts, Engineers, EHS, etc.
- Design Deliverables: Track concept design, GFC drawings, technical specifications, and more.
In addition to these responsibilities, a Manager/Senior Manager will be involved in planning and procurement activities, including arranging MOMs, preparing bar charts, and reviewing tender documents.
RequirementsTo excel in this role, you will require proficiency in handling AutoCAD drawings, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
