Responsibilities:

Accounting
  • Ensure accurate timely recording of financial transactions monthly.
  • Conduct monthly account reconciliations to ensure accuracy identify discrepancies.
  • Handle vendor bill preparation payment processing to ensure timely accurate payments.
  • Post monthly one-time expenses.
  • Prepare submit invoices for approvals.
  • Prepare HST data filing quarterly to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Ensure accounting principles standards regulations are followed.
  • Review prepare financial statements reports records.
  • Conduct regular audits resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare query sheets after month-end closure.
  • Address client queries provide solutions to issues.
Migration Projects
  • Plan execute data migration projects from accounting software to Zoho Books.
  • Develop customized migration strategies for each client's operations.
  • Ensure zero downtime seamless business operations during live migrations.
  • Guarantee secure thorough transfer of financial data including legacy data up to 20 years.
  • Perform detailed reconciliation checks for accuracy completeness.
  • Identify resolve data inconsistencies errors.
  • Address client queries provide solutions to issues during transitions.
Continuous Improvement
  • Stay updated on latest developments in Zoho Books other accounting software.
  • Recommend implement improvements for efficiency effectiveness of migration projects.
  • Contribute best practices development data migration accounting client support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
  • IPCC Cleared articleship experience preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Finance Accounting field.
  • Proficient online accounting software including QuickBooks Sage FreshBooks Xero Zoho Books.
  • Strong understanding Zoho Books a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills written verbal.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient Microsoft Excel including IF formulas lookups pivot tables.
  • Excellent attention to detail accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently manage multiple projects deadline.
  • Experience handling data migration projects a plus.
