Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Investment Manager. This role involves working closely with our Investment Team to identify and nurture new business opportunities in the private debt space.

The successful candidate will contribute to the expansion of our market presence, playing a key role in our company's growth strategy and making a significant impact on the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and lender partners to facilitate debt financing placements.
  • Develop client business overviews and investment memoranda (IM's).
  • Analyze client financial information and review financial statements.
  • Build and maintain financial models (integrated 3-way models including P&L, Cashflow, and Balance Sheet).
  • Coordinate lender interactions with clients.
  • Maintain project plans and adhere to internal SLAs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings to effectively communicate the value proposition of private debt solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive client engagement.

Requirements:

  • Financial modeling, cash flow, and financial statement analysis.
  • Preparing high-quality marketing, investment, and credit papers with concise synthesis of diverse information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for strong relationship-building.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business finance or related field.
  • Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) (desirable).
  • Chartered Accountant (desirable).
