Job Requirements:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate in Science, Food technology/Microbiology/DIFAT.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG (distilleries/Breweries/Beverages/Food industries).
  • Hands-on experience in analysis techniques, lab instruments calibration, and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of QMS and FSMS.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal quality audits for GMP, GRMS, and SQIP.
  • Deal with Government authorities like FSSAI/LMR/Excise for audit and compliance.
  • Ensure that samples of all products are sent to external laboratories and equipment's calibrated as per requirement.
  • Conduct analysis of raw materials and packaging materials and report in time.
  • Visit markets whenever new product/product quality survey/complaint samples collection is required.
