What you'll do

  • Develop strategic sourcing plans to identify top talent and build strong relationships with recruiters and hiring managers
  • Conduct pre-screening phone interviews to assess candidates for needed skill sets, competencies and potential fit for position and culture
  • Track pipeline activity and metrics to continually calibrate with recruiters and hiring managers and course correct as needed
  • Develop creative sourcing plans to identify top talent, including but not limited to sourcing databases, Boolean searches, networking events, market research/insights and other creative tools/platforms

About You

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced talent acquisition professional who can join our Experienced/Niche Recruiting Team. As a Sourcer on this team, you will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring efforts across our senior level and niche roles.
