
Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and communicative professional to handle day-to-day functions, support client requirements, and ensure smooth backend execution.
The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, operations, or customer service, with strong English communication, organizational ability, and interpersonal skills.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Handling daily administrative tasks, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Coordinating with vendors, partners, and internal teams for smooth execution.
- Managing scheduling, travel arrangements, and logistics for projects and the travel vertical.
- Communicating effectively with both international and domestic clients.
- Providing responsive support and follow-ups across calls, emails, and other channels.
- Tracking progress, resolving issues, and ensuring service quality is maintained.
In this growth-oriented position, you will adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and workflows. You will identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency building, and develop leadership skills with the potential to lead a team in the future.
Key responsibilities include:

Requirements include:
- Experience: 0-1 year in administration, operations, or customer service.
- Skills: Strong English communication, organizational ability, and interpersonal skills.
- Mindset: Quick learner, adaptable, proactive, with an interest in taking on leadership responsibilities.
- Tools: Comfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic communication platforms.
You will work at the intersection of marketing and travel industries, gain international exposure through client collaborations, contribute directly to building systems and operations, grow into a leadership role with clear responsibility and ownership, and be part of a close-knit, collaborative team.
