Compliance Expert for Responsible Trade

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Expert to lead our efforts in responsible trade. This role combines global compliance leadership with on-the-ground delivery of a new Collective Action initiative focused on sanctions compliance.

  • Support members worldwide in navigating anti-corruption regulations.
  • Oversee and further develop compliance tools and resources.
  • Lead global training programs on anti-corruption and sanctions compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective compliance strategies.
  • Collaborate with compliance professionals from 200+ member companies and international partners.
  • Provide expert advice on trade compliance, anti-corruption, and ESG governance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, International Trade, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, compliance, ESG, or integrity risk.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sanctions and anti-corruption frameworks.
  • Proven success engaging with governments, international donors, NGOs, and business leaders.
