Lead Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to drive multiple technology programs and product implementations.

This role involves leading cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Clients) to ensure timely delivery of milestones. This includes defining program scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.

The successful candidate will have experience in delivering SaaS, enterprise, or banking/fintech platforms. A strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and DevOps culture is also required.

  • Develop end-to-end technical programs and product implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and change requests proactively.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.
  • Conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives under Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders.

This role requires excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills. The ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment is also essential.
