**We Are Seeking a 3D Artist for Commercial Interior Design.**

The successful candidate will collaborate with interior designers and architects to create detailed 3D models and photo-realistic renderings of commercial interior spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration: Work closely with design teams to understand project requirements and design concepts.
  • 3D Modelling & Rendering: Create detailed 3D models and photo-realistic renderings of commercial interior spaces.
  • Texturing & Material Development: Develop textures and materials that enhance the realism of 3D visualizations.
  • Revisions & Refinements: Revise and refine 3D models and renderings based on feedback from design teams and clients.
  • Stay Current: Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and AI-driven technologies in 3D visualization and commercial interior design.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects at once, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality visualizations.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure cohesive and consistent design outputs.

Required Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in 3D Design, Commercial Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a 3D Artist, in the commercial interior design sector.
  • Software Proficiency:
  • 3D Modeling: SketchUp.
  • Rendering: Enscape.
  • Post-production: Adobe Photoshop, After Effects
  • Design Skills: Strong visual and spatial design skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Time Management: Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sustainability Knowledge: A solid understanding of sustainable design practices and materials is a plus.

  • Candidates working in commercial interior design fit-outs and spaces only.
  • Software proficiency in 3D modeling (SketchUp) and rendering (Enscape).
