The Role

We seek a creative, fast, and self-sufficient Content Creator who can own the entire creative process. You will be responsible for brainstorming fresh ideas and turning them into polished content for our social media channels.

  • Conceptualization & Ideation: Develop original content ideas that align with messaging.
  • Hands-On Creation: Design and produce high-quality, visually compelling graphics and short-form videos.
  • Trendspotting: Stay updated with the latest social media trends and viral content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Multi-Platform Adaptation: Adapt and resize content for different social media platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the communications team to ensure all content is factually accurate and aligned with the narrative and campaign objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a Content Creator or similar role.
  • Strong Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing your creative work is essential.
  • Mastery of Canva: High proficiency in Canva or similar tools is a must.
  • Video Editing Skills: Experience with mobile video editing apps for creating sharp Reels and Shorts.
  • Social Media Native: An intuitive understanding of what type of content works on different social media platforms.
  • Speed & Agility: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and turn around high-quality content on short notice.
  • Political Interest: A keen interest in Indian politics and current affairs.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
  • Previous experience creating content in a media setting.
  • Strong copywriting skills for creating catchy captions.
