Digital Content Specialist

As a Digital Content Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that digital content is accessible and meets regulatory compliance. This role involves converting documents to accessible formats, conducting accessibility audits, maintaining project documentation, and collaborating with various teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
The ideal candidate will have experience in PDF conversion and accessibility, knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG, Section 508, and ADA, and familiarity with accessibility tools like JAWS, NVDA, or VoiceOver. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required.
Additionally, the candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment. Experience in the publishing or educational content industry is a plus.
