Job Title: Conversational Experience Designer

In this role, you will work closely with multiple clients across various industries to develop and implement effective conversational experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review clusters of sentences and apply tags using specialized tools to optimize data quality.
  • Foster a high level of productivity and focus to achieve project objectives within tight deadlines.
  • Coordinate tasks efficiently as projects progress, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for specific projects, overseeing all aspects of project management, including collaboration with team members, engineers, and TechOps teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Mentor new team members by providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure their successful integration into the team.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to review and tag large volumes of data accurately.
  • Possess strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
