Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Advertising Professional to join our performance marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Amazon PPC strategies across multiple marketplaces to drive success in the UK & European product portfolios.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and keyword research to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Create, manage, and analyze ad campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Deliver detailed performance reports for internal and external communications.
  • Collaborate with creative and brand management teams on high-converting ad creatives.
  • Stay updated on Amazon Advertising policies, beta features, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads for large/enterprise accounts.
  • Proven track record of improving ROAS/ACoS, CTRs, and conversions.
  • Strong grasp of advertising metrics, retail readiness, and ranking algorithms.
  • Experience across UK/US and European Amazon marketplaces.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, keyword tools, and bulk operations.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
