Located in Delhi Public School, Mahendra Hills, this role requires an individual with strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills. As an Admin Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining records, and providing support to staff and students.

The successful candidate will work closely with school leadership to ensure efficiency in school operations and foster a positive environment for students, staff, and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the administrative team to ensure seamless functioning of the school office.
  • Coordinate effective communication between school staff, students, and parents.
  • Organize and coordinate school events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Maintain the school facilities, including classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas, ensuring they are well-maintained and safe.
  • Oversee repairs, maintenance, and upgrades to school buildings and equipment.
  • Implement and monitor safety and security measures on school premises.
  • Address staff concerns and provide necessary support and guidance.
  • Monitor and manage school expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports to school authorities or regulatory bodies.
  • Develop and implement policies related to school administration, health, and safety.

Salary: ₹60,000 - ₹80,000 per month, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or managerial role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
