**Project Director Role**

A seasoned construction expert with 15 years of experience, particularly in civil construction projects, is sought after to oversee the execution of breakwater, bund, and groyne works.

The ideal candidate should possess a graduate degree in Civil Engineering and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drawing resources according to approved schedules for assigned areas/scopes of work.
  • Preparing work methods for incorporation into project quality plans.
  • Executing construction, erection, and testing activities as per approved drawings and work methods within specified timeframes.
  • Implementing quality checks and maintaining documented information.
  • Optimizing resource utilization for desired productivity.
  • Orienting site personnel on quality and EHS requirements.

Key Skills: Civil Engineering

Work Experience: Bund/Break Water Manager

  • Managed construction projects, including breakwater constructions in both land and marine environments.
  • Acquired knowledge on wave/tidal effects and planned work methodologies accordingly.
  • Handled quarry-related activities and interpreted bathymetry/topography surveys.
  • Utilized DGPS systems for survey work.
  • Held experience in handling marine projects using jack-up barges.
