Financial Payment Coordinator

This role involves managing payments to suppliers, handling queries related to payment processing and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure and have a good understanding of financial procedures.
- Payment Management: Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payment to vendors and suppliers.
- Query Handling: Responds to inquiries from various stakeholders regarding payment processing and associated documentation.
- Record Maintenance: Ensures that all payment-related records are accurately maintained and up-to-date.
- Bank Reconciliation: Conducts regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Monthly Processes: Assists in coordinating month-end processes, including account reconciliations and vendor payments.
- Collaboration: Works closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of payment-related tasks.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
