As a Data Scientist, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that transform real-world products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model Development: Develop and experiment with machine learning models using Python libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
  • Data Engineering & Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover valuable insights and inform product decisions.
  • Prototype to Production: Collaborate with engineers to productionize models using MLOps practices and ensure seamless deployment.
  • Measure & Iterate: Design experiments, define success metrics, and continuously improve model performance.
  • Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure data and AI capabilities directly support real-world use cases.

Requirements:

  • 2–6 years of experience as a Data Scientist / ML Engineer, preferably in a startup or product environment.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, along with comfort working with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
  • Experience with data pipelines and storage, including SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.
  • Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring, including Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks or prompt engineering, as well as data visualization tools like Plotly, D3.js, or Tableau.
  • A background working in early-stage startups or venture building environments is highly valued.
