Financial Planning Expertise Required

We seek an experienced Financial Planning professional to lead the development of strategic financial plans, forecasts, and budgeting processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting systems for the global marketing organization
  • Analyze marketing campaign spend, conduct variance analysis, and provide actionable insights to senior leaders
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize investments and drive cost efficiencies across marketing finance workflows
  • Present financial performance and trends to stakeholders through clear and concise reports
  • Work collaboratively to ensure data accuracy in business intelligence tools like Allocadia and Ariba
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance marketing finance operations

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or a related field, preferably in marketing finance
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Hands-on experience with business software applications such as ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
  • Strong communication skills – ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines
