We are seeking skilled professionals to manage and support Alteryx workflows in a cloud-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced application support for Alteryx Designer and Server environments, focusing on stability, performance, and integration with enterprise systems.
  • Resolve incidents, job failures, workflow optimizations, and performance bottlenecks in a timely manner.
  • Administer Alteryx Server on Windows, including user access, scheduling, deployment, and logging.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with Oracle and Big Data platforms (Hadoop, Hive, Spark).
  • Support version upgrades, patching, and environment migration activities.
  • Automate routine tasks and monitoring using PowerShell or Python scripts.
  • Coordinate with operations, infrastructure, and data teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate support documentation and knowledge base for recurring issues and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years' experience with Alteryx Designer and Server in a support capacity.
  • In-depth understanding of Windows Server administration and services.
  • Familiarity with Big Data tools such as Hadoop, Hive, or Spark.
  • Proficient in Oracle SQL and query optimization techniques.
  • Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation purposes.
  • Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes and production support best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong problem-solving capabilities.
