Renewals Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to process customer renewals for software subscription products and assist customers in migrating to our ordering platform.

The Renewals Specialist will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Managing all phases of subscription renewal lifecycle, including notifying customers of renewal, building quotes, and closing renewals opportunities.
  • Notifying and assisting customers with migrating to our ordering platform at the time of renewal.
  • Identifying and executing upsell opportunities within the customer base.
  • Collaborating with Finance to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payment collection.
  • Analyzing data and trends to identify growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly detail-oriented, and have strong customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple accounts, tasks, and responsibilities.
  • Strong customer service, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and SaaS-based applications.
  • Preferred: Experience working with Salesforce.com and robotic automation/AI tools.
