Business Development Executive Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving client acquisition and revenue growth.

Your primary focus will be on selling UI/UX services, product design solutions, and digital design consulting to enterprise and mid-market clients. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and develop tailored sales strategies to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and referrals.
  • Sales Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, partnerships, and lead nurturing.
  • Sales Deck Development: Create customized sales decks, proposals, and RFP responses for enterprise clients.
  • Client Meetings: Conduct meetings with clients to understand their requirements and translate their business needs into UI/UX design solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with design and strategy teams to deliver customized solutions and ensure successful handover post-sales.
  • Revenue Targets: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry forums, events, and client presentations to enhance visibility and generate leads.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the design industry.
  • UI/UX Knowledge: Strong understanding of UI/UX design processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Closing Deals: Proven track record of closing deals with enterprise or mid-market clients.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Sales Pitching: Ability to deliver compelling sales pitches and build CXO-level relationships.
  • Self-Starter: Self-starter, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience in agency, consulting, or SaaS/product sales is an advantage.
