Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Onboarding Consultant to join our team. As an Onboarding Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with clients to analyze their recruitment and onboarding processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.

You will lead and participate in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment modules, including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support. Additionally, you will study SAP SuccessFactors Delta releases and recommend new features.

Your expertise will be crucial in integrating ONB20 with Recruitment and Employee Central. You will develop and deliver training materials and sessions for clients to ensure effective use and adoption of the implemented modules.

You will provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement services to clients. Collaboration with other SAP SuccessFactors consultants and teams is essential to integrate the Onboarding and Recruitment modules with other HR processes and systems.

To succeed in this role, you must stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and industry trends to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients. Project documentation, including process flow diagrams, functional specifications, and user manuals, is also a critical aspect of this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment module implementation.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices in recruitment and onboarding.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
