Risk Control Analyst Job Description
This role involves overseeing risk control activities covering all products across the retail platform within a designated territory comprising of branches.
- Conduct periodic branch process reviews to ensure compliance with guidelines and standards.
- Verify pre-disbursement samples for defined parameters to identify potential risks and mitigate losses.
- Identify early default cases for scrutiny to determine reasons for delinquency and take corrective action.
- Conduct post-disbursement sample verification, including borrower visits, to assess loan performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Detect and investigate frauds to prevent financial losses and maintain a secure environment.
- Regularly review business practices to ensure compliance with guidelines, policies, and regulations.
- Coordinate with relevant agencies for conducting risk verifications and provide necessary support.
- Mentor field and agency teams in conducting verification and risk assessment processes.
This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
