Responsibilities

- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding products, services, and pricing.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Utilize CRM systems to track and manage client interactions and sales activities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct follow-up calls and meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Continuously seek feedback from clients to improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.
