Job Title: Business Partnerships Specialist

Overview
The role of Business Partnerships Specialist is to foster strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. This position requires a deep understanding of sales strategies and the ability to communicate effectively with clients over the phone and in person.

Responsibilities
  1. Must have excellent communication skills, be passionate about sales, and have a keen interest in understanding and addressing client needs.
  2. Ability to respond promptly and effectively to sales queries, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  3. Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and provide customized solutions.
  4. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance and support throughout the sales process.
  5. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.
  7. Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding products, services, and pricing.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
  9. Utilize CRM systems to track and manage client interactions and sales activities.
  10. Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  11. Conduct follow-up calls and meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  12. Continuously seek feedback from clients to improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.
